Clairault Streicker is located in the northern half of the Margaret River Wine Region. A ten minute drive south from the popular tourist town Dunsborough or a thirty minute drive from the Margaret River township.

After the wine blending is finished, you have the choice of a complimentary tasting of the current range or you can be seated for a 3-course lunch in the Vineyard Kitchen. Select your favorite entree, main and dessert from our a-la-carte menu. The menu changes seasonally and the venue can cater to most dietary requirements.&nbsp;

The wine blending experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.&nbsp;

Using real lab equipment from our winery, blend Australias two most popular red grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Once you have settled for your favorite blend, bottle it in a take-home 750ml wine bottle. You can even give the wine a name - maybe something to remember the experience by - &quot;Steve&#39;s 50th Birthday Drop&quot;!
