Hunter Valley is Australia&rsquo;s oldest wine producing region and is mostly renowed for Semillion and Shiraz, along with a diverse range of other varietals.

Journey through the picturesque Hunter Valley as we eat, drink and explore our way around Australia&rsquo;s oldest wine producing region, on a day filled with gourmet food and wine pairings, tasting experiences and exclusive behind the scenes tour. Can you complete the mystery and guess each one correctly?</li>

	<li>Pie and Wine Pairing: Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed with a tasting sensation of four mini gourmet pies each expertly paired with its own wine, designed to enhance and complement every sip and bite.</li>

	<li>Dumpling and Wine Pairing: Discover how texture, spice, and acidity interact as you taste your way through five delicious dumplings that have each been uniquely crafted to&nbsp; complement the flavour profile of each paired wine.</li>

	<li>Behind the scenes winery tour, barrel tasting and Chocolate and&nbsp;Wine Pairing: Step behind the scenes in a working winery and meet the makers behind the label for an insight into the wine making process from Vine to Glass, followed with a tasting directly from one of the wine barrels.&nbsp;</li>
